First off I had a great variety of stains in my home that I needed assistance with. Some were bleach stains, others were food, drink and I even had food coloring stains on my lower level. I didn't want to replace the carpet until I was ready to sell in which would be a few years from now to prevent having to replace the carpet twice- I have children.... The tech was polite and pleasant when working in my home. Several stains would not budge and he needed to bleach and recolor. The technician patiently managed his time between spots to remedy situation. I am pleased with the result. My carpet looks presentable again and I am no longer embarrassed by the way it looked before hiring Dye Pro.

Great Service for a fair price. Jason has an excellent eye for color. I have a light color carpet and one of our cats threw up and stained our carpet with a pinkish color. We think it was so me dye from their for. We tried getting this out ourselves with no luck. I called Jason and he answered all my questions and gave me a very quote after I texted him a picture of the stain. After the work was done you can't even see the stain. I highly recommend him for getting any stains out of your carpet. I would use this service again.

We had Dye Pro come out to perform both carpet dyeing and pet stain/odor treatment, and they did a fantastic job with both. We were dealing with a variety of discoloration, some in the form of smaller, bleached spots, others in the form of larger gradient areas - they were able to recolor all these areas to the point that we wouldn't have known the stains were ever there to begin with. In addition, we had been struggling to control our cat's incessant marking (she was going through a territorial phase), and weren't having much success with store-bought enzyme-based products. Dye Pro were able to completely get rid of the odor. The technicians who worked on our house were friendly, efficient, and very thorough. They even took care of additional spots that we either hadn't noticed or hadn't mentioned. Highly recommend them to anyone dealing with any form of carpet staining or discoloration, pet-induced stains, odors, etc. Much cheaper and faster than trying to replace large areas of carpet. They also guarantee their work, so if you still notice discoloration or latent odor after the initial treatment, they'll come back and fix it up at no additional cost.

After much searching on the inter web of things, I finally found someone who will actually come out and dye your carpet as opposed to just recommending that you replace it. I had a few bleach spots on my carpet, the carpet is less than a year old, Jason came out and fixed it in less than an hour. It has been a month and everything looks amazing, Jason was prompt and efficient and the price was excellent compared to replacing a section of carpet. Highly recommended.
