Dye Pro Carpet & Rug Restoration recently repaired thousands of unsightly bleach spots on roughly 135 corridors of carpet in Harrah’s Hotel & Casino and Flamingo Hotel & Casino.
Around 250,000 sf of carpet was in need of replacing due to the numerous bleach spots resulting in customer complaints. Between the two casinos, the cost of replacing would have cost upwards of $500,000. We were able to repair all of the spots for just around $60,000 for a minimum of $440,000 savings while eliminating the need to prematurely replace the carpet.
We were able to complete the work with little to no disruption for guests and staff.
The hotel managers were so thrilled with the results that we are in the process of arranging to go back to do a full carpet color restoration soon!
Why Do Bleach Spots Appear on Carpet?
Bleach spots on carpet is a common problem for many homes and businesses including hotels. Whether resulting from a spill of household bleach or other chemicals, bleach spots often result in unsightly faded white, yellow or orange blemishes on your carpet. Unfortunately, bleach spots can’t be cleaned like stains because bleach actually removes the color from your carpet! The good news is that Dye Pro Carpet Dyeing & Restoration can repair bleach spots and perfectly match the color loss in your carpet. It does not matter if the color loss has occurred on a solid color carpet or intricate multi-color patterns found in hotels; we can repair and restore them so you would never know the bleach spot had occurred.
