First off I had a great variety of stains in my home that I needed assistance with. Some were bleach stains, others were food, drink and I even had food coloring stains on my lower level. I didn’t want to replace the carpet until I was ready to sell in which would be a few years from now to prevent having to replace the carpet twice- I have children…. The tech was polite and pleasant when working in my home. Several stains would not budge and he needed to bleach and recolor. The technician patiently managed his time between spots to remedy situation. I am pleased with the result. My carpet looks presentable again and I am no longer embarrassed by the way it looked before hiring Dye Pro.
